Gardiner, MT

In Southern Montana, the tiny town of Gardiner plays host to tourists as one of several entrances to Yellowstone National Park.  With a population of 875, it's easy to miss this little village in the massive state that is Montana.  However, after residing here for three months, it's easy to see why most people never leave.

I lived in a tent deep in the woods, but every once in a while I would drive up Old Jardine road into the National Forest and find a place to call home for the night. With views like this, it just made sense. Thank you Flying Pig for making this possible.

This photo encompasses the entirety of Gardiner, safely watched over by Electric Peak to the south.
